If you have a doctor's degree or equivalent education or equivalent professional qualification, you can come to work in Hong Kong through this scheme.
"Professional Talents Program"
This plan was launched by the Hong Kong government in 2005. If you are an outstanding professional in this major (with a professional senior title), you can come to work in Hong Kong through this scheme. Even if you don't have an employer before coming to Hong Kong, you can live in Hong Kong for two years, but there are quotas. The specific quota and form of the above scheme can be downloaded from the Hong Kong Immigration Department.
Conditions for skilled immigrants in Hong Kong:
Age: The applicant must be between 18 and 50 years old when submitting the application according to this plan.
Financial Requirements: Applicants must prove that they can support themselves and their dependants (if any) during their stay in Hong Kong without relying on public assistance.
Good character: the applicant must have no criminal record or bad immigration record, whether in Hong Kong or elsewhere.
Language ability: Applicants must have good written and spoken Chinese or English (spoken Chinese refers to Mandarin or Cantonese).
Basic education: Applicants must have received a good education, and generally require a university degree issued by an accredited university or higher education institution. Under special circumstances, good technical qualifications, demonstrable professional ability and/or documented experience and achievements may also be considered.
If the applicant fails to provide satisfactory documents to prove that he meets all the above basic qualifications, his application will be rejected immediately without further processing.
