Compared with the layer toolbar of PS or CAD, this tool is very simple.
Click the button on the right side of the Layers toolbar to open the Layers window.
We can click the plus sign to add layers.
Adding a layer requires you to change the name of the layer. Try to modify it according to the actual situation to facilitate the later management. When modifying the layer name at ordinary times, just double-click the layer name.
At this time, we can find the delete button very useful, delete the layer.
By default, we can only see one layer, but this layer cannot be deleted.
If there are objects in the layer, a dialog box as shown in the figure can pop up when deleting them. You can modify it according to your own needs.
We can click on the location as shown to show or hide the objects in the layer.
However, it should be noted that the current layer cannot be hidden.
How do I view the layer where the object is located? We can select an object and right-click the pop-up menu to select "primitive information".
In the "Element Information" window, we can see the layer where the selected object is located.
Of course, you can also move the layer where the object is located in this way.
