(1) The pond should be flat, watertight, moderate in size and suitable in water depth (1.8 ~ 2.0m is a soil pond, and 2.0 ~ 2.3m is a high-level pond), and equipped with an aerator.
(2) After the last harvest, the membrane pond is washed, the soil pond or sand pond is dried, and the aging pond is sprayed with quicklime with the dosage of 80 ~ 100kg/ mu.
(3) The process of site cleaning and disinfection is to remove pathogens such as miscellaneous fish, shrimp, parasites, bacteria and viruses. You can choose drugs according to your needs, and pay attention to drug safety.
2. Water treatment
When water enters the shrimp pond, it should be filtered and precipitated when conditions permit. If the conditions are not enough, it should be screened with 80 ~ 100 mesh screen to prevent mixed fish and shrimp and their eggs from entering the culture pond. One-time water inflow to the depth of 1 m can make it unnecessary to add water in the early stage of aquaculture and reduce communication with water sources. Choosing a low-toxic and efficient water disinfectant (such as chlorine dioxide) to disinfect the water reasonably can effectively disinfect and sterilize, and has little effect on phytoplankton.
3. Water quality cultivation
For ponds (fat ponds) that have not been dredged for many years, it is suitable to apply inorganic compound special fertilizer, such as "single cell algae auxin" developed by Nanhai Fisheries Research Institute of Chinese Academy of Fishery Sciences, and the application rate is 1 ~ 2kg/(μm). Organic-inorganic compound special fertilizer should be applied to newly developed ponds, film-covered ponds, sand-bottom ponds and ponds with thorough dredging. You can also scientifically fertilize yourself. The principle is that fertilizer elements are soluble, N∶P is greater than 10∶ 1, and other elements are appropriate.
Generally speaking, it is enough to apply fertilizer 5-7 days before the shrimp seedlings are released and topdressing once 5-7 days after the seedlings are released. In the future, beneficial microorganisms can degrade and transform organic matter and increase the fertility of aquaculture water.
4. Shrimp fry stocking
The selection of shrimp seedlings is robust, energetic, uniform in size and clean and complete in body surface.
