Let me give you a way to lose weight last summer. I lost 24 pounds in two months. You can refer to it

Breakfast: one boiled egg, one bag of soybean milk or skim milk, 2-3 slices of whole wheat bread (50-80g).

Lunch: Help yourself, but try to avoid being too greasy. Just eat until you are eight points full.
