I graduated from college ten years ago and weighed about 100 Jin. Ten years, no exercise+love to eat+have two babies = gain 20 pounds.

I have completed the task of giving birth to a baby and gained physical freedom. I want to return to my weight ten years ago healthily.

After all, our height (153.5cm) and our big face can't bear the weight of 120 kg.

On February/0/4, 2022, the plan officially started, with an initial weight of 60kg and a long length (Figure 1, left).

My goal is to lose weight healthily.

By developing a sustainable lifestyle (healthy diet+reasonable exercise), satisfactory body management results can be achieved.

The weight loss plan begins with adjusting two daily habits:

1. Snacks and drinks. Goodbye. Put away all the snacks at home and hide them in the treasure chest, so that Brother Qiu can hide them. Open it once a week to relieve appetite. Keep some healthy food at home, such as fruits and nuts.

2. Forget the complicated calorie calculation and implement a low GI diet.

This picture (Figure 2) is the low GI food summarized by Dr. Lilac, and I will refer to using them instead of daily food. For example, add healthy and hungry coarse grains to three meals instead of flour and rice.

Try to have a balanced diet and be full.

Allow an occasional big meal to indulge, and don't give up lightly on this ground. Personal experiments, as long as they are not often done blindly, are not so easy to rebound.

Report results:

As of May, 13, 3 months, weighed 56.9 kg and lost 6 kg. At most, I lost ten pounds in the middle, and then I rebounded by three or four pounds, because weekends are always a big meal. Basically, 4 pounds will hit a platform.

In the next stage, add exercise and continue to do it!
