What are the eight stages of yoga?
Yamas: refers to external control, the moral precepts of the universe.

Niyamas refers to internal control and self-purification through self-discipline.

Asana: refers to yoga posture. Also known as physical adjustment.

Pranayama: refers to rhythmic breathing and controlled exhalation. Also known as interest adjustment

Pratyahara: The spirit is liberated from the slavery of feelings and external things. It means that the feeling disappears and the heart is controlled. Also known as adjusting your mind.

Dharana: Focus, single-minded.

Zen: meditation.

Samadhi: The superconsciousness from meditation is all concentrated in the soul and integrated with the universe.

Yoga posture uses ancient and easy-to-master skills to improve people's physical, psychological, emotional and spiritual abilities. It is an exercise method to achieve the harmony and unity of body, mind and spirit, including posture method, breathing method and meditation method, so as to achieve the unity of body and mind.
