Teach you a simple and deep relaxation method
This method is the most easily overlooked breathing method. Maybe you will say who can't breathe? Isn't that a death wish? Actually, breathing is not that simple.

Breathing is the process of exchanging gas between the body and the outside world, which includes two parts. The first part is lung ventilation, and the second part is lung ventilation.

Breathing goes through three steps. The first step is to inhale gas into the lungs. Step 2, the inhaled gas is delivered to the blood; The third link is the gas exchange between tissue cells and blood. Simply put, breathing is the process of transporting oxygen to our cells, and then transporting waste gas from our bodies to the outside world.

Oxygen is necessary for us. Therefore, through breathing, we can achieve a state of calm and deep relaxation. Here are three methods of breathing training.

First, meditation breathing training method.

First, you need to find a quiet space to be alone.

Step two, make sure your body feels comfortable. Comfortable room, warm and comfortable clothes. Not too tight. Empty your stomach. Please don't do exercise after meals 1 hour.

Step three, straighten your back and relax.

Step 4: Breathe through the nasal cavity and inhale downward into the abdominal cavity to ensure regular, slow and even breathing.

The fifth step is to focus on a landscape, an object, a word, a group of phrases, or your own breathing.

Step six, please don't be distracted and disturbed by external things.

Finally, be sure to train regularly, preferably once a day for 20 to 30 minutes each time.

Second, exercise breathing training method

Inhale with all your strength until you can't breathe any more, and then exhale with all your strength until you can't breathe any more. Every time you train for four or five rounds, you will obviously feel relaxed.

Three, three-three-six breathing or four-four-eight breathing.

Inhale for 3 seconds, then hold your breath for 3 seconds, and finally exhale for 6 seconds. Similarly, the 4-4-8 breathing method is the same.

Why not put down the phone and try?
