There are two ways to practice the lower abdomen:

1. After lying flat, slowly lift the lower limbs together, 45 ~ 60 degrees, repeatedly, and gradually add a lot according to your own ability.

2. After lying flat, bend your lower limbs to do cycling, and gradually increase a lot according to your own ability.
