Step 2: Lie on the bed, bend your legs, relax your abdominal muscles, put one hand directly above your navel, and massage along the colon from right to left with four fingers other than your thumb. When you massage to the lower left abdomen, you should properly strengthen the strength of your fingertips, so as not to feel pain. Exhale when you press, and inhale when you relax, each time for about 10 minutes.
Step 3: Lie on your side and relax. One hand supports the head and the other hand pushes from the pelvis to the waist. Inhale when pressing, exhale when stopping, repeat 10 times. Then push it from the waist to the pelvis, inhale when pressing, and exhale when stopping. Repeat 10 times. Finish one side and switch to the other.
