What are the slimming methods?
My own experience is that exercise and dieting want to be combined. I spent two months in summer vacation. Play basketball for more than an hour at 7: 00 every morning and do aerobics for two hours at night. Eat three meals a day, but eat less. A small bowl of rice still needs meat. If you are hungry, eat some fruit. Never drink carbonated drinks. Anyway, just insist! Come on, don't deliberately, just let nature take its course!
