I often hear thin people clamoring for losing weight. Why are these people thin when they are thin?
In life, I have met such people, who are already very thin, but always clamoring for losing weight. My usual evaluation of them is that I don't know when I am blessed and really don't understand the pain of us fat people. People like us who drink cold water and gain weight are envious of our slim figure.

However, they still cried and shouted to lose weight. These things are understandable. Some people look thin, but they feel too fat or have fat accumulation in some parts of their bodies, which will make them feel the urge to lose weight.

For example, a female friend of mine always feels that her thighs are very thick, so she always clamors for losing weight. But when she went to exercise, she was worried that running would thicken her calves, so she asked him to do some leg exercises. She is afraid that too much muscle on her legs will make her thighs look thicker. So there is really no better way to treat such people. He was scared, but he didn't want to exercise, which really made him feel thicker.

The other person is that they just shout out weight loss as a slogan. I don't watch them go on a diet or exercise in life, but they are really thin, which really makes us fat people feel a little envious and jealous. I think the mentality of these people is to let others know that I am so thin, but I still want to lose weight. I have an enterprising heart. I am a perfectionist, and I should always keep a perfect mind. In fact, they just want others to know what they think, so they cry out every day to lose weight. If you really let them go on a diet or exercise, it will be another manifestation that they won't really lose weight at all.
