ID card processing
People above 1 and 16 should apply for resident identity cards;
2./kloc-Minors under the age of 0/6 apply for resident identity cards voluntarily on an individual basis, and should be accompanied by guardians when handling them;
3. Second-generation and third-generation ID cards must be handled in person at the police station, and cannot be handled on behalf of others;
4. ID card processing can only be handled at the police station where the household registration is located, and cross-regional processing is not supported at present;
5. But temporary id card can be handled at different railway stations and airports;
6. You need to bring the original household registration book and the photo receipt of your ID card;
7. You need to enter a fingerprint for authentication. Some areas need to collect blood samples;
8. If it is urgent, you can apply to the police station for temporary id card, and the police station will issue a certificate and go to the Public Security Bureau for handling;
9. ID photo receipt can be taken across provinces;
10. Without a household registration book, you can't apply for an ID card. You must reissue the household registration book first.
