According to my own "Four Principles", in my opinion, the priorities of the State Council's constituent departments and other institutions are as follows:

Five-star choice: Ministry of Education, Ministry of Science and Technology, National Health and Wellness Commission, Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security, Emergency Management Department, National Medical Insurance Bureau and National Immigration Bureau.

Four-star selection: Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, Ministry of Ecology and Environment, Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs, Ministry of Culture and Tourism, China International Development Cooperation Agency and China National Intellectual Property Administration.

Three-star choice: People's Bank of China, National Audit Office, China Banking Regulatory Commission.

Some people may say that I am working in a certain department now, which is not good. Nowadays, with the institutional reform, some departments are facing the cancellation and merger, and many civil servants are reconfigured.
