In order to lose weight successfully, what "great" events have you done that moved you?
Losing weight is very cruel for easy-to-fat physique. I have two great events: "earth-shattering, make the gods cry".

First, eat only apples and cucumbers to live.

At that time, I was still in college. When I was old, my weight soared to 140 kg, and I didn't notice it either. Once I went shopping with my roommate and saw myself in the mirror, so I made up my mind to lose weight. Then I began to live like a rabbit, about three apples a day. After eating for three days, I vomited. Originally, my stomach is not very good, and I like to eat stomach acid. This is the result.

Then I ate millet porridge for a few days, and then I began to eat cucumbers for three days. At that time, I didn't go to class, stayed in the dormitory every day, or slept. In the end, I lost 7 or 8 pounds in almost a week and a half. The consequence is that when you go to the toilet, you are completely discredited and you have to stand up later. I guess my blood sugar is low.

Second, run for 2 months without eating every night.

After that big weight loss, I slowly resumed my diet, but I didn't eat rice. Life on the platform is the hardest. I have to endure the pain of eating less and losing weight. The last thing I want to do is exercise, so I think of jogging. At first, I ran a full circle. I combined running with walking. But after a week, I still can't. I still can't run very well. Later, I forced myself to run a few laps.

I remember one day on Friday, I ran five laps in a row, and then it was five kilometers a day. With the street lamp on the playground, I gradually got better. After running for two months, I lost weight 14 kg. I am very happy. I entered the final period instantly, so I didn't stick to my studies. So, two things I did at least moved me.
