The epidemic trend of obesity among college students.
At present, obesity has become one of the important problems that endanger human health. It not only affects physical beauty, but also harms health and shortens life span, which is a precursor to aging.

Adolescent college students blindly lose weight because of following the trend and the influence of external environment, which has some adverse consequences. At present, it has become a trend to lose weight to improve the maximum oxygen uptake of obese people through aerobic exercise. Aerobic exercise is to keep the basic balance between the amount of oxygen needed by the human body during exercise and the amount of oxygen taken by the human body during a large amount of oxygen supply. Maximum oxygen uptake refers to the amount of oxygen absorbed per unit time when the human body is engaged in long-term exercise with a large number of muscles and a large amount of exercise, and when the body's ability to use oxygen reaches the maximum limit.

However, how much exercise intensity aerobic exercise can improve oxygen uptake. This paper will use related experiments to provide some suggestions for obese college students in China to lose weight by aerobic exercise.

2. Research objects and methods.

2. 1 research object

80 male college students who are not majoring in physical education in Shanxi Normal University are randomly selected. They are healthy and have not participated in any special sports training. Be familiar with the experimental process before the experiment. The basic physical condition of the subjects is shown in table 1:

2.2 Research methods

2.2. 1 literature method

In the library of Shanxi Normal University, Baidu, China HowNet and other resources, this paper searched the literatures published in recent years about the influence of exercise on the maximal oxygen uptake of obese college students, and at the same time, according to the needs of teaching material research, consulted relevant books and literatures to understand their research achievements in recent years and future development trends, so as to provide reference for paper writing.

Mathematical statistics method

According to the scientific overall planning, the measured and collected data are routinely counted and processed.

Experimental method

All participants were randomly divided into three groups: low-intensity aerobic exercise group, moderate-intensity aerobic exercise group and high-intensity aerobic exercise group. Let the three groups do different exercises, record the data related to the maximum oxygen uptake, and finally compare the correlation between different exercises and the maximum oxygen uptake. Because seven people quit, the total number of people who finally participated in and completed the experiment was 73, 24 in aerobic exercise group 1, 24 in aerobic exercise group 2 and 25 in aerobic exercise group 3. All subjects received dietary guidance from the beginning of the experiment, and three aerobic groups participated in 8 weeks of exercise to lose weight. All three groups must maintain the intensity of aerobic exercise. According to the subjective exercise intensity (RPE) measurement table (see Table 2), the exercise intensity of the subjects was controlled, and the low-intensity group stopped when it felt a little tired. The subjects in the moderate intensity group stopped when they felt tired, and the subjects in the high intensity group stopped when they felt tired.

3. Research results and analysis

3. Effects of1jogging training method on cardiopulmonary function of subjects

Let the first group jog for more than 30 minutes three times a week. After eight weeks of aerobic exercise training, the first group tested their vital capacity before training, six weeks after training and eight weeks after training, and recorded and sorted them by statistical methods. As can be seen from the table, the vital capacity of all subjects increased before and after exercise, indicating that aerobic exercise training improved the breathing of trainers.

3.2 Effects of Yoga and Aerobics Training on Subjects' Pulse

Let the second group do yoga, aerobics and other sports that have obvious requirements for body posture and shape, but also require breathing adjustment, relaxation as much as possible and physical and mental training. According to the course arrangement every week, there are two big classes a week, each class is 2 hours, and then the pulse of each subject is tested by 100 meter to observe its changes. It can be seen from the table that the pulse of the subjects changed obviously before and after exercise, which was lower than that before training. Great achievements have been made.

3.3 Effects of running training methods on the muscle endurance of subjects

Let the third group run at a heart rate above 150 beats/min, and run 400 meters during training to observe the time change. As can be seen from the table, after a period of training, the 400-meter speed of the subjects has improved, indicating that the muscle endurance of the subjects has improved.

3.4 Biological analysis of influencing maximal oxygen uptake

3.4. 1 Effect of aerobic exercise on vital capacity

Without oxygen, people can't live. Breathing is the source of life. Every tissue, organ and cell in the human body consumes oxygen all the time. Only by breathing fresh air at all times can they work normally. The lungs are the only place where air passes. It not only ingests oxygen, but also excretes carbon dioxide excreted by metabolism in the body. The size of vital capacity determines the amount of gas exchange it breathes each time. If its ability is poor, it will affect the ability of the body. Therefore, when the lung capacity is large, the amount of oxygen in the body will increase, that is, the maximum oxygen uptake will increase, and exercise will increase the cardiopulmonary function, and the maximum oxygen uptake will also increase accordingly.

3.4.2 Influence of aerobic exercise on pulse

The effects of aerobic exercise on the heart can be divided into two categories: first, it can improve the change of heart rate; Second, it can increase myocardial strength. The pumping function of the heart and the ability of muscles to use oxygen have great influence on the maximum oxygen uptake. According to Fink's principle, oxygen uptake = heart rate × stroke output × arteriovenous oxygen difference [1]. Therefore, moderate exercise can improve the function of the heart, increase the heart rate and increase the maximum oxygen uptake today.

3.4.3 Effects of Aerobic Exercise on Muscle Endurance

Muscle endurance is closely related to oxygen supply. When the blood content in capillaries is high, the utilization rate of oxygen is high. Exercise can increase the number of capillaries and blood content, so long-term physical exercise can improve muscle endurance.
