Legal analysis: You can apply for labor arbitration. Transfer is a change of the labor contract, which requires both parties to reach an agreement through consultation. The terms agreed in the labor contract are invalid. Dismissal without accepting the transfer is illegal to terminate the labor contract, and compensation must be paid to the workers according to twice the economic compensation standard.

Legal basis: Article 43 of People's Republic of China (PRC) Labor Contract Law. If the employer unilaterally terminates the labor contract, it shall notify the trade union of the reasons in advance. If the employer violates laws, administrative regulations or the provisions of the labor contract, the trade union has the right to ask the employer to correct it. The employing unit shall study the opinions of the trade union and notify the trade union of the results in writing.
