Ingredients: potatoes
Soul sauce: minced garlic+white sesame+millet spicy+Chili powder+1 tbsp hot oil +2 tbsp light soy sauce+1 tbsp oyster sauce+1 tbsp rice vinegar+a little salt and sugar.
Exercise:
Soak potato slices in clear water, soak out excess starch, blanch for 30 seconds, remove cold water, pour into a bowl, pour in seasoning, and mix well to serve.
