Baguazhang is the most famous. The eight diagrams step has both the transformation of virtual and real legs and the buckle and swing when turning around. In the ten years since I held the Bagua Palm Training Course, many people have experienced low back and leg pain, and the effect of a single injection is not good, but they all recovered after insisting on practicing Bagua Palm. Among these people, there are more than a dozen veteran comrades in their 70 s who used to have difficulty walking and ran to the hospital all the year round.
