Back shaping

(1) The whole person is prone on the ground, with his right hand straight and flat on the ground, his right shoulder slightly raised upward, his left hand on his chest side, and his face facing left. If his head and neck feel uncomfortable, he can choose to put a pillow under his face to relieve it and avoid excessive fatigue of his head and neck.

(2) Step on the left leg backward to the right. After the left hand bypasses the back and reaches the right waist backward, it can touch the ground according to the individual's softness, and the right hand naturally stretches to the right. After staying for 3-5 minutes, change sides.

Neck plasticity

(1) Lie flat on the ground, with elbows bent, forearms touching the ground, palms and five fingers touching the ground to support the upper body.

(2) The left hand is stretched forward, the palm of the right hand is facing up, and it passes under the left elbow to the left.

(3) Lower your upper body so that your chin rests on your right arm and your hands are as straight as possible. If not, you can bend your right elbow slightly.

(4) Turn your face to the right to strengthen the twist, stay for about 3~5 minutes, and then change sides.
