My own experience ~

You should be moderately obese.

You can't eat more than 1200 calories a day!

Have a good breakfast and don't be too full.

Eat less for dinner. It doesn't matter if you are hungry. It's best to eat thin, low-calorie food.

Eat more melon and corn sushi (without meat) to lose weight.

Exercise: keep aerobic exercise for more than 20 minutes: like walking fast, jogging, climbing stairs, skipping rope, etc.
