What are the basic movements of body ballet? Below, I collected and sorted out the teaching of beginners' body ballet, hoping to help you!

1, head

During the training, keep your head upright naturally, keep your eyes straight ahead, don't raise your head and stretch your neck probe forward, don't lower your head and shrink your chin, and your head naturally dances loosely with every movement.

The basic law of head-body coordination is: when the front and rear legs are in the direction, the head should look forward within 90 degrees and outside 45 degrees.

When walking with one hand, turn your head to the outside of the handle at 45 degrees when extending the legs outside the handle forward, turn your head forward when withdrawing the side legs, and turn your head to the inside of the handle at 45 degrees (or to the outside of the handle at 45 degrees) when withdrawing the rear legs;

When the inner leg near the handlebar extends forward or backward, the head turns to the outside of the handlebar for 45 degrees.

When doing the action in the middle, the body is straight forward. If you stand on five feet, turn your head to the front foot for 45 degrees.

If the front foot or side foot is rubbed, turn your head to the front foot side for 45 degrees; If the power foot rubs backwards, turn your head to the side of the main foot for 45 degrees.

In addition, the head and line of sight should also pay attention to the movement of the arm.

2. Neck

The beauty of the neck is very important, and a slender neck gives people a beautiful visual experience. Therefore, in training, the neck should be relaxed, relaxed and stretched naturally. Do not stretch your neck or lean back.

Step 3 shoulder

The state of the shoulders is very important! When training, in the state of natural sinking, the two collarbones are pulled outward and the shoulders are unfolded. At the same time, the shoulder blades of the shoulders and back are looking for the feeling of sinking. Don't shrug your shoulders or buckle your chest forward.

4. Chest

"Hold your head high and hold your chest high" during training is the most basic requirement for the human body. Hold your chest naturally, put your shoulders flat, and don't dig your chest forward. Although it is emphasized that breathing is smooth and the body is tall and straight, you must not "hold your breath" when you ask for abdomen and breath! Holding your breath will move your center of gravity back. Hold out your chest and show your expressiveness, looking for the feeling of wearing a brooch on your chest.

5. Back

In training, the chest and back are integrated. At the same time, the back will be vertical and the back should be flat. Shoulder blades press down and expand outward, looking for outward tension. The back should be vertical and straight, and there is a feeling of outward expansion. The spine should be elongated and extended upward, and the back muscles should be gathered in the direction of the spine. Don't have a hunch.

6. Abdomen

The abdomen is divided into "big belly" and "lower abdomen". Pay attention to abdominal breathing and sink to Tian Dan during training. Taking the navel as the dividing point, the belly above the navel is "big belly" and the belly below the navel is "lower abdomen"

The "lower abdomen" is concave inward, but the breath is smooth. "Big belly", the rib part is taken back, and the candle is wrapped inside like a lantern to keep it from going out. So as to stabilize the intermediate portion.

7.waist

The waist is the key part to connect the lower body. The training of this part is very important, and the practice of jumping and rotating can not be separated from this. When training, the waist should stand upright, do not collapse, tighten the waist and lift it up, keeping it perpendicular to the back. Looking for the feeling of "pulling" from above the coccyx on the back.

8. arm, arm (plural of arm)

The arm has a shape, which is a circle and the longest arc. From the shoulder, it sinks, and the inside of the big arm is lifted up. Look for the feeling of "confrontation" between shoulders and big arms and the feeling of smoothness up and down.

9, hand type

Similar to the blue finger in China dance, but not as hard as the blue finger. The index finger, middle finger, ring finger and little finger are close together, and the index finger is slightly divided, so it can't be spread apart, and the tiger's mouth is caught in it.
