Introduction to Indian Yoga
Indian yoga is a fitness technique that originated in ancient India. Through physical and mental exercises, it can achieve the functions of physical and mental harmony, physical fitness and development of human potential. Indian yoga is a philosophical system that helps people to give full play to their potential by raising awareness, and a sports system under its guidance. It is a form of exercise to achieve the harmony and unity of body, mind and spirit. Around 300 BC, patanjali, the founder of Mahayana Yoga in India, wrote the Yoga Sutra. On this basis, Indian yoga really took shape, and the practice of yoga was formally defined as a complete eight-branch system.
