In this regard, the "Program" also mentioned that to protect women's legitimate rights and interests in employment, employers will continue to strengthen, supervise and standardize their recruitment behavior, and enterprises that discriminate against women will be investigated for legal responsibility.

Want to have children, but no one takes care of them, and now it has become one of the reasons why women of childbearing age are unwilling to have another child. At present, there are few social institutions that can provide infant care services in China, and this issue has also been highly valued. It is mentioned in the "Program" that we will continue to increase support for preschool education to meet the needs of families for inclusive kindergarten degrees.

The "Proposal" stipulates that families with many minor children can apply for public rental housing, which will be included in the priority distribution scope and given appropriate housing care.

Children under 1.2m are free to take public transportation, and children under 1.3m are free to take public transportation.

In the "Program" issued this time, all aspects of fertility and parenting have been fully considered. Of course, in addition to Beijing, many provinces and cities have also introduced supporting measures for the three-child policy, revised the population and family planning regulations, and improved the maternity protection.
