Drink a glass of warm water on an empty stomach in the morning.
For breakfast, a slice of whole wheat toast, a boiled egg, a cup of soybean milk and a fruit.
An hour before lunch, a fruit,
A small bowl of rice for lunch, one meat, one vegetable and one soup,
A box of pure yogurt in the afternoon
A bowl of boiled vegetables and a fruit for dinner.
Drink a glass of water before each meal and don't sit for half an hour after each meal.
Exercise:
Stick to skipping rope for at least half an hour every day and jump slowly.
Walk for at least half an hour (you can walk to work)
Take the stairs instead of the elevator, tuck in your abdomen and pad your feet.
Stand and sit and get into the habit of abdomen.
Stand more and sit less.
You can practice high temperature yoga if you have the conditions.
