When the gas containing fine dust passes through the filter material, the dust is trapped and the gas is purified. The dust removal efficiency of general new filter media is not high enough. After the filter material is used for a period of time, a layer of dust accumulates on the surface of the filter bag due to the effects of screening, collision, retention, diffusion and static electricity, which is called the initial layer. In the later movement process, the initial layer becomes the main filtration layer of the filter material, and the filter material with larger mesh can also obtain higher filtration efficiency. With the accumulation of dust on the surface of filter material, the efficiency and resistance of dust collector increase accordingly. When the pressure difference between the two sides of the filter material is large, some fine dust particles attached to the filter material will be squeezed, which will reduce the efficiency of the dust collector. In addition, the high resistance of the dust collector will significantly reduce the air volume of the dust removal system. Therefore, after the resistance of the dust collector reaches a certain value, it is necessary to clear the ash in time. When cleaning, the initial layer cannot be destroyed, so as not to reduce efficiency. The structure of bag filter is mainly composed of upper box, middle box, lower box (ash hopper), ash cleaning system and ash discharging mechanism. The performance of bag filter is good or bad. In the bag filter, besides the correct selection of filter bag materials, the dust cleaning system plays a decisive role.
