Take the plank road to lose weight
There are such a group of children in Beijing. Every weekend, they pack their bags and walk with us in Shan Ye, a little-known suburb of Beijing, or in deep mountains and dense forests, or in the valley of red leaves and flowers, or in the majestic Great Wall and the long ancient road, all of which have their indomitable pace and inspiring cries.

▲ If you want to educate your spirit, you must first savage your body.

▲ Enjoy red leaves in autumn and go upstream in summer.

▲ For the young eagle, the best growth is to let it go out and fly high.

Not afraid of falling, not afraid of wind and rain

Shentangyu plank road is located in Huairou, 60 kilometers away from Beijing, where mountains, rivers, strange peaks, strange rocks and the ancient Great Wall are integrated. The famous Yanqi River is expensive to wear to the end and crystal clear. Only by being there and measuring step by step can we realize its unique feeling of being close to mountains and rivers.

The total length is 7558 meters, winding through Yanqi Lake, paved with pure wood. It is the longest landscape plank road in North China Valley at present. The terrain is vigorous and tortuous, sometimes lying flat on the water, sometimes dancing halfway up the mountain, sometimes hidden in long caves, and sometimes hidden in the depths of dense forests.

Shen Tangyu introduced

The majestic ancient Great Wall meanders along the east side of Yanqi River, leaping over Yanqi River like a giant dragon and continuing to climb the cliff and take off to the west. This section of the ancient Great Wall has not been repaired. There are wind and rain marks, and there are bullet marks left by the bonfire era. Despite the vicissitudes of life, the ancient Great Wall is still magnificent, providing an ideal place for people to find antiques.
