Buying a mobile phone overturned, flagship wireless reverse charging failed. I've experienced it personally. Let me be honest first.
Unexpectedly, I, a small blogger who claims to be digital, bought a flagship mobile phone and overturned it.

The main problem is the function of wireless reverse charging. It stands to reason that when this function is turned on, you can enjoy the "reverse blood-enriching" from flagship machine by turning the mobile phone upside down, using the back plate as a "wireless charging board" and putting TWS headphones, smart watches and other devices supporting wireless charging on it (roughly aligned with the center of the coil).

I started this mobile phone in February, but it was not activated until March 17. It took less than 12 to test this function. As a result, the new glory earplug 3 Pro in my hand can't be charged normally. When you first put it on, it will light up to turn on wireless charging, but it will automatically turn off after a few seconds, and the notification bar will pop up a reminder that "the wireless reverse charging function is turned off-the charging state is abnormal, and the reverse charging function is turned off".

At first, I thought there might be something wrong with both the mobile phone and the headset, but both products are new, and it may be someone's fault.

So seriously, check the headphones first. Fortunately, as a digital controller, I have dozens of true wireless headphones, about half of which support wireless charging and can be tested. So I found three kinds of headphones, including the glory new headphones just now, 1 OPPO Enco X many years ago (when it was released 1k), and Jabra Elite 7 Pro last year (it seems that it was released by 1k3). They are all good headphones, and they work normally when used normally. If three earphones are tested together, if the phone cannot be charged in reverse,

Then take out a Xiaomi 20W wireless charger (the disc-shaped one in the above picture) introduced in Xiaomi 9 era to prove that all three kinds of headphones can accept wireless charging normally. This part of the actual measurement passed completely, but this time I read the electronic document of Glory Earplug 3 Pro, and learned that the position of its wireless charging induction coil is biased to the edge, which makes the center of the 20W wireless charging base correctly aligned and the wireless charging is perfect. I was the last one to do this round of test, and I proved that the "wireless charging" function of all three headphones was normal.

I have tested the reverse charging function of mobile phones many times to ensure fairness and objectivity, and try to eliminate subjective reasons. After reconfirming the coil center position of glory earplug 3 Pro earphone charging box, the reverse charging function of the mobile phone was tested again, and it was found that the charging stopped after a period of time. It can be seen that there is nothing wrong with the earphone itself, and there is something wrong with the mobile phone.

During the wireless reverse charging test of three headphones, the glory earplug 3 Pro stopped in less than 10 second; OPPO Enco X takes a long time, occasionally stopping at 10 second, but it is also interrupted after two or three minutes. Jabra Elite 7 Pro is interrupted for more than ten seconds-its indicator light is breathing during normal charging, and the other two headphones are always on. When the reverse charging was interrupted by three earphones, I turned my mobile phone over, and I could see the words "abnormal reverse charging interruption" in the notice bar, and I saw that the switch of "wireless reverse charging" was also turned off because of the interruption.

About this test process, I recorded three videos of more than ten minutes, and also explained them. If you are interested, I can send a video as appropriate, on the one hand, to prove my real rollover energy, and on the other hand, to share with you a scheme of whether the plug-in wireless reverse charging function is normal, provided that you have at least 1 wireless charger and at least 2 sets of TWS headphones/smart wear that support wireless charging.

As it is a new mobile phone, the activation time is less than 12 days. I applied for after-sales service with customer service, and will send it back tomorrow to see the follow-up progress. When communicating with the customer service, the customer service told me to return to the factory for testing after sending the mobile phone back, and send me a new machine after confirming the fault. I think this plan is very reasonable. I heard that there is a brand that replaces the motherboard, and I can't accept it. The new machine runs without heating. How painful it is.

Today's flagship mobile phones, the top versions of the same series often have their own wireless charging and reverse wireless charging functions. In fact, for the public, the utilization rate of these two "wireless" devices may not be very high, because wired fast charging is quite fast now. I believe that any new flagship mobile phone top version released in 2022 will be fully charged within half an hour, and it is not uncommon for more than ten minutes. So sometimes, we even ignore these two functions, but my experience may give you a reference: when the new machine is inspected, we must test the wireless charging and wireless reverse charging functions at the same time, so as not to encounter defective products, and so as not to find this fault in time during the renewal period (or even the warranty period). Missing maintenance can be a particularly annoying thing.

By the way, after applying for after-sales exchange, someone will pick up the parts tomorrow and return to the factory. Customer service said it would take about 7 days. I will also update the after-sales handling of this matter in the near future. Everybody wait for my good news!
