Who wrote Eason Chan's Exaggeration? Why are so many people singing?
The original title of "exaggeration" is Depression, which was written by composer C.Y. Kong after hearing the news of the death of his good friend Leslie Cheung in London on April 1 2003, expressing his shock, sadness and incomprehension when he heard the news. We all know that CY has a great influence on my brother's music after his comeback, and they have cooperated many times. The combination of CY+ Lin+my brother is regarded as a classic, and CY's music conforms to my brother's later style. They are also good friends in life. CY wrote this song "Depression" when she heard the news of her brother's death, expressing her grief at losing her friend, her shock at hearing the news and her incomprehension that her brother chose to leave. Later, Eason chose this song, but I didn't expect Wyman's words (describing an insignificant person and attracting attention through exaggerated action language) to be quite different from CY's original intention. However, it has been some time since my brother died, and CY also felt that she didn't want to bring up the past and cause grief. Eason also thought Wyman's words were very suitable for her, so this song "Depression" became an "exaggeration" that we later heard.

These words mean that the world can only be aware of them and only be aware of them when it passes through the city ostentatiously.

Fear of loneliness, fear of being overwhelmed by the crowd, and even excessive self-expression. To put it bluntly, the higher the tone, the more empty my heart is.
