What do you recommend for pear-shaped stovepipe?
I used to be pear-shaped. Later, I got in shape through physical exercise. I will run for no less than 30 minutes every day and jump rope for five minutes when I am free at noon. Pear shape has never been allowed to sit down. After sitting for about 40 minutes, I have to stand up and move for a while, otherwise I will easily lose my shape.
