Hold your thumb against the shoulder well point (located at the back of the shoulder, at the midpoint of the horizontal line connecting the lateral end of the shoulder with the spine), and gently support the other four fingers in front of the shoulder, exerting force against the thumb, and lift the whole shoulder muscle and hold it alternately. Pay attention to the fact that the whole palm is always in contact with the shoulder, with moderate strength and all muscles raised. This action can relax the neck and shoulder muscles and has a good effect on relieving fatigue. Doing it with gentle strength can also treat the symptoms of insomnia.
2. Press and rub your back.
Place the palm root or fist surface of the palm on the muscles on both sides of the patient's back spine (starting from the left muscle and then doing the right muscle) and do a brisk and gentle gyration. Pay attention to keep your hands down on your muscles, apply some pressure, and don't rub on your skin. Press and knead at fixed points for tens of seconds, then move your hand down one palm width, and repeat this operation until you press and knead it above your hips.
3. Lift and hold the spine
Use the thumb of one hand or both hands to face the index finger, lift a muscle next to the spine hard, move while lifting, and lift while holding. First from top to bottom (from below the neck to above the hip), and then from bottom to top (from above the hip to below the neck). Repeat the operation up and down twice. Pay attention to symmetrical lifting and pinching during operation, and it is not advisable to grasp and twist hard.
4. Click to return to Shu.
Put the thumb tips of both hands on the left and right sides of Dazhui point, press it for a few seconds with a certain force, move it down for about one centimeter and then press it again, and so on until it is above the buttocks. If you encounter pain-sensitive parts, you can appropriately extend the pressing time. The pain point suggests that you may feel a little uncomfortable, and clicking on it can partially relieve it.
5, rubbing the spine
Put the palm of your hand on Dazhui point (the depression under the most prominent vertebra between cervical vertebra and thoracic vertebra when the patient bends his head) and rub it repeatedly (alternately with his left hand and right hand) for 20-30 times. This operation can eliminate neck and shoulder muscle fatigue, dispel wind and cold, and prevent colds.
Step 6 push back
Place the palm roots of both hands on both sides of the spine, with the palm roots inward and the fingertips outward, and push them out forcefully at the same time. Start from the neck and shoulder, push to the shoulder joint and then return to both sides of the spine, and repeat the above operation from the position directly below the starting point. Operate from the back to the waist.
