2. Pay attention to the recovery of the uterus. Pay attention to the recovery of postpartum uterus, that is, observe the color of lochia from red to white, the number from changeable to less, from bloody to light.

3, endometrial repair, placenta and fetal membranes are separated from the uterine wall and discharged by the mother. Debris of decidual tissue is also discharged with lochia. Clothing dress: whether it is a natural delivery or a caesarean section, it is better to choose a loose and comfortable dress. It is not recommended to wear too tightly, especially for mothers who have been exposed to lochia. At the same time, regarding the time of abdominal banding, the time of natural delivery and caesarean section is different, depending on the recovery of the mother.
