2 drumsticks, 2 cloves of garlic, ginger 1 slice, shallot 1 root, potato 1 piece, steamed meat powder 70g, cooking wine 1 spoon, soy sauce 1 spoon, oyster sauce 1 spoon and chicken essence 2g.
Production steps:
1, the materials are all ready. I use chicken thigh meat. You can also cook this dish with chicken breast. Steamed meat powder: We can buy it in the supermarket or online. The side dish is potatoes.
2. Boned chicken legs, washed with clear water and cut into pieces with the size of 1cm. Garlic is cut into powder, ginger is cut into powder, and shallots are cut into chopped green onion.
3. Put the chopped chicken leg meat into a small bowl, then add chopped onion, ginger and garlic, 1 tbsp cooking wine, 1 tbsp oyster sauce, 1 tbsp soy sauce, 2g chicken essence, 2g salt and 2g black pepper, and set aside for pickling for more than 2 hours. If time permits, it is suggested that it can be pickled.

5. Add the steamed rice noodles to the marinated chicken and mix well.
6. Put the stirred chicken evenly on the potato.
7. Boil the water in the pot, then steam the chicken for about 30 minutes. Take it out after steaming and sprinkle with chopped green onion. It feels better than steamed pork belly. It tastes soft and waxy, high in protein, high in nutrition and low in calories, which is simply the welfare of meat eaters. Sprinkle the steamed meat powder on the marinated chicken breast, stir well, and steam it to serve. It is simple, easy to make and delicious.
