When pouring concrete on the construction site of a 2m diameter circular pipe culvert, the position of the inner bag cannot be controlled, resulting in uneven wall thickness. What should I do? Solve it! ! ! As the internal mold of circular pipe culvert, the position deviation problem does occur. Two measures are suggested.

1 improve the template. Extend the outer mold, and add a circular bottom mold with the same cross section as the pipe culvert at the lower end of the formwork, so that the capsules will be attached to the circular bottom mold after being inflated, and the capsules at the lower end will not be displaced during concrete pouring.

2. Improve the pouring process. When pouring concrete, use several short wooden squares to temporarily fix the upper bladder symmetrically, and then strictly implement symmetrical pouring. When pouring to the top, take out the wood square to finish pouring.

Because the upper and lower openings of capsules are fixed and poured symmetrically, the problem of capsule displacement should be overcome.
