4. charge forward. Straighten your front legs and jump over the rope.
5. Jump from one side to the other (ski jumping). Keep your body upright and jump left and right with your feet together. Like skiing.
6. Jump back and forth with your feet together. Jump rope forward once with your feet together, then jump back and continue the cycle.
7. The pendulum is beating. Jump over the rope and swing your legs to do a pendulum step.
8. Cross jump back and forth (salute jump). When the rope is tied sideways, the hand is close to the body, and the hand on the same side moves backward. Swing the rope at the same time
Synchronous skipping refers to the movement of participants jumping over one or more ropes in various ways. On the basis of traditional rope skipping, pattern skipping combines dance, skills, martial arts, street dance, music and other sports art forms, and combines speed and strength, difficulty and pattern, and gradually develops into a sports event integrating fitness, entertainment, competition and performance.
In 2002, double skipping was included in the Third National Games of Shaanxi Province.
