How to correct hunchback?
One summer day, I rushed to the county seat from my hometown. When I arrived at the county station, I only bought a ticket to Harbin in the afternoon. When I was free, I went to Wangkui No.1 Middle School, my alma mater.

That day, I went to Wangkui No.1 Middle School and found that No.1 Middle School was having a monthly exam. I sat on the school playground and watched these brothers and sisters come out of the examination room wearily. Some of them are carrying schoolbags and some are holding books, but many of them are slightly hunched. Almost all of these hunchbacked children are single and thin.

Looking at their figures, I thought of myself. When I was in high school, I had a bad hunchback. But now, even if you don't deliberately straighten your back, you won't hunch over.

This photo was taken by my colleague after I found * * * enjoying a bicycle in Heilongjiang Science and Technology Museum last weekend. Although, due to the habit formed over the years, I habitually put my head forward when riding a bicycle, it is not easy to see the camel on my back.

The hunchback has improved because I made three efforts:

Gain weight.

I was really thin when I was thin. I only weighed 90 Jin when I was in college. Because I am not used to eating in Nanning, I make a living by instant noodles every day, and I have lost weight from 105 kg to 90 kg in half a month. Before I reached my current weight 150 kg, my peak weight was 120 kg.

When I am thin, I often feel cold. When I feel cold, whether in the daytime or in bed, I am used to hunching my back and locking my shoulders. I feel that it will be warmer if it is shrunk like this.

When you are fat, you often feel hot, you will stretch unconsciously, and your bent back will gradually straighten because of the fat filling.

There is only one way for me to gain weight: to be a melon eater.

Watermelons in Harbin are particularly cheap in the summer of 20 16. When it's cheap, it's even 70 or 80 cents a catty. Every night when I pass by the vegetable market after work, I will buy half a watermelon, or eat it with it at dinner or after dinner. Watermelon is sweet and watery. I never have enough to eat, so I eat more every time. As the saying goes, people are not rich without windfall, horses are not fat without night grass, and I gain half a watermelon before going to bed every night.

Sleep without a pillow.

After getting fat, I found that the posture of sleeping curled up was uncomfortable. I am eager to find a place suitable for sleeping, but I have never found it.

Until one day, it suddenly occurred to me, what would happen if I didn't have a pillow?

So I gave it a try.

Maybe it was because I was too tired to go to work that day, maybe it was because I didn't have a pillow for the first time that night. When I get up at night, I feel very heavy, as if the whole person is stuck in bed and can't get up at all, but I really feel an unprecedented Shu Tai. So, since then, I have been fascinated by this position.

After a while, my hunchback has changed enough.

I guess it's because when I lie flat, the weight of my whole body is pressed on my back, which makes my back gradually straight.

Consciously correct.

When I was working in my last company, the company went to find an artist, and she sat behind me. I can see her as soon as I turn my head. I found that she was different from all her colleagues: she sat on the workstation with her back straight at all times.

I've never seen anyone with a straight back like her except a soldier.

I envy her straight back.

From then on, I will often straighten my back consciously.
