1. Find the document to be processed on the computer desktop, and click Open, as shown below:
2. Select column A, click the data in the menu bar, and select duplicates, as shown in the figure below:
3. Select and set the highlighted duplicates, as shown in the following figure:
4. Confirm the cell where the data is located, and click OK, as shown in the following figure:
5. In this way, as long as duplicate data is entered in column A, a color reminder will pop up, as shown in the following figure:
