On the day I came to America, a crazy hair festival was held in the primary school where my mother's colleagues' children Yoyo and Angela were located. Yoyo tied her hair like a unicorn: bangs stood high in the air, and the braids on both sides were like two "caterpillars" and slowly climbed up. Angela tied her braid into two cannons, and then put a clip on it, which looked like a strawberry. Looking at their funny shapes, I also fantasize about this day in our middle school.
Ha ha! This day has finally arrived. Yesterday, Mrs. Patrick, a science teacher, told us, "Tomorrow is Crazy Hat and Crazy Socks Day." I jumped up and down in my chair with joy, but suddenly I was unhappy because my mother and I just came to America and didn't know where to buy these funny hats and socks. I guess my mother won't have time to buy it when she comes home from work at night. If only our school held a funny hairstyle festival!
When I got home, I discussed it with my mother and decided to make do with the white wool hat I brought back from China. Well, since this is the only way, so be it!
This morning, when I went back to school, I saw some students wearing colorful octopus hats and AngryBird hats, some students wearing hoods of bears, lions and pandas, and gloves of the same color on their hats. Some students, like me, just brought an ordinary travel hat to school.
I also saw some students wearing two different styles of socks, and some even wore two different shoes! Haha, that's interesting.
Maybe the preparation time given by the teacher is too short, only one night. Hats and socks are not as good as hair, so many students don't make special dresses.
However, for a foreigner like me, this activity itself is fresh and interesting enough! Haha ~
