Which part of red deer does Peiyuan choose to consolidate his prescription?
Peiyuangu formula does not use any part of red deer as a component. Peiyuan Guben prescription is a commonly used Chinese medicine prescription, which is mainly composed of ginseng, astragalus, atractylodes macrocephala, white peony root, poria cocos and codonopsis pilosula. It is used for invigorating qi and nourishing blood, invigorating spleen and kidney, and regulating physique, but it does not contain red deer ingredients. In traditional Chinese medicine preparations, the use of animal ingredients will comply with relevant legal and ethical requirements, such as not harming endangered animals or protecting animals. Red deer, as a rare wild animal, is not common in Chinese medicine prescriptions. Therefore, Peiyuan Gufang did not use any part of red deer as a component.
