Hubei Police Officer College is located at No.86 Jiefang Avenue, a central city in Central China, which is the thoroughfare of nine provinces. It is an ordinary public security undergraduate college approved by the Ministry of Education and the Hubei Provincial Government in May 2002. Its predecessor can be traced back to/kloc-0, the "Training Course for Cadres of Public Security Department of Hubei Provincial People's Government" established in July, 1949, and it has experienced the development stages of on-the-job police training, technical secondary school, junior college and undergraduate education.
