How to stretch the inner thigh when practicing yoga?
Yoga's downward dog posture and standing posture can stretch thighs well; Down dog posture requires straight back and straight arms; Step on the ground as much as possible; The sacrum is continuously stretched to the sky, and the front, back and inside of the thigh will be well stretched. Standing posture is standing with front legs at 90 degrees, hind legs straight and feet on the ground. Standing in a lunge as a whole, the adductor muscles of the front legs will stretch well; The hind legs will also get good exercise, especially the back of the thigh.

When training in each class, I will use curved bricks to assist; Stepping on bricks is also a good way to exercise; Ensure that the groin is tightened inward, while the hips are seated and the back is upright and tilted forward; The heel of one foot is on the ground, the sole of the foot is on the brick, the leg on the brick is slightly bent, and the knee is abduction; You can feel the explosive stretching of calf triceps and thigh muscles during practice. Then shift the center of gravity to the leg on the brick, slowly lift the standing leg to the brick, and then move to the front side of the brick. Stand up slowly, the stretching feeling of standing legs will make your feet numb and feel very comfortable.

Grasping the big toe and the golden rooster are standing on one leg, and the center of gravity moves to the standing leg when breathing; After the standing leg is stretched, the other leg can make corresponding movements; Otherwise, if the center of gravity is unstable, people will become wobbly.
