Huizhou Sports School, referred to as Huizhou Sports School for short, is a national high-level sports reserve talent base.

Founded in 1979, formerly known as Huiyang District Amateur Sports School. 1June, 987, with the approval of Guangdong Provincial People's Government, Huiyang District Sports School was established, and later renamed Huizhou Sports School. 20 10 Huizhou sports school moved from the old campus of Dongjiang Stadium to the sports talent training base of Huizhou Olympic Sports Center.

20 1 1 was named as "National Sports Industry Vocational Skills Training Base" by the State Sports General Administration in March.

20 13 was awarded the "National High-level Sports Reserve Talent Base" by the State Sports General Administration in March.

The school covers an area of 2 1.4 million square meters, with a total construction area of 5 1.0 million square meters. It has six standard indoor training venues, such as ball hall, swimming and diving hall, heavy sports hall, shooting hall, gymnastics hall and comprehensive hall, as well as outdoor sports facilities such as 400M standard plastic track and field, basketball court, football field and volleyball court.

The school now offers track and field, swimming, diving, basketball, volleyball, football, rowing, kayaking, taekwondo and other 18 sports.
