I think it's good for young people to lose weight. Losing weight can not only make us have a beautiful figure, but also ensure our health. Obesity will bring us many diseases, such as hypertension and diabetes. In our family, everyone is too fat, and almost everyone has diseases, either high blood pressure or diabetic heart disease. So I think young people should pay more attention to losing weight for beauty. Being thin is a symbol of health.

Everything is moderate, and excessive weight loss is a deformed mentality. Some people around me just lose too much weight. One of my classmates weighs 93 kg and is1.67m tall. In my eyes, she is already very thin, but she says she is too fat, and now she only eats one meal a day. Eat only one bite of the staple food every meal, which is hunger therapy. Sometimes, people in our dormitory advised her several times, and she felt that her idea was right. Once, she fainted because she lost too much weight and was too weak.
