I suggest you learn yoga first, because you don't have basic physique, ballet needs a certain foundation, and you will be very tired at first. Yoga can adjust your body and breathing well and make you healthier, but if you think yoga is too boring, you can try aerobic exercise. When you are almost adjusted, you can learn ballet, because ballet can shape your figure and temperament well.
