Anaerobic exercise usually refers to strength training. If you plan to use anaerobic+aerobic methods to reduce fat, you usually warm up for 5~ 10 minutes, do strength training for 20 minutes (4 groups in each of 2~3 parts), stretch the muscles in the training area for 5~ 10 minutes, and relax for 5~ 10 minutes after aerobic exercise for 40~50 minutes.
