How to start a fitness journey?
When I was in primary school, I was always thin and often bullied. I weigh 60 pounds and am 5 feet tall. I look very weak and often can't attract the attention of others, especially girls. So in the sixth grade, I had to think about doing something for my thin little body. At first, simply doing push-ups and sit-ups at home also worked, but the effect was far from what I wanted.
I took part in the football training in 8th grade, and then went to the gym to start systematic fitness. Hankins muscle powder was added after training. 20 13 10 I learned about diet, what to eat, how to eat, and I was fascinated by the gym. I am constantly learning and making progress every day, and I am very proud of my fitness achievements in the past year. Now all I have to do is keep lifting weights every day.
What sports have achieved such an effect?
I like three days of differentiation training, one day of pushing, one day of lifting and one day of leg training. Every day is high-intensity, high-density training, which is the secret of my muscle acquisition.

A good friend of mine is thin, but he has six-pack abdominal muscles, so he is very popular with girls. I was jealous of this, so I went to the gym to train hard and finally fell in love with fitness!
Who is your fitness idol?
Jeff Side, Greg Plitt, zyzz and Steve Cook have always been people I respect.
What is your future fitness plan?
I plan to continue to train hard until 18 years old, and then take part in my first bodybuilding competition. I hope to show myself on the stage. One day, I will be noticed like Jeff Said and Greg Plitt.
What is the most important fitness skill?
Be patient and persistent. A few times I didn't grow up and didn't see the effect, but I never gave up until now I saw the best result in my life.
Who is your favorite athlete?
This is definitely Steve Cook. He is very modest and muscular. He is a good man.
