Hatha Yoga

Hatha yoga is a branch of yoga, and it is also the most popular and familiar yoga practice method. Holistic yoga

This school combines all the steps of practicing yoga-yoga posture, pranayama, selfless dedication, prayer, singing, meditation and introspection, with special emphasis on meditation as the ultimate goal of yoga, which is more than the analysis of human body structure, and encourages students to achieve "physical relaxation", "peace of mind" and "useful life" in practice.
