The following is my weight loss experience, for reference only:
Jogging for more than an hour every day, the best time is after dinner.
Watch your language! ! ! Eat less sweets and any sugary drinks, and abstain from food and water after 9 pm.
Change the acidic constitution, which makes it easier to lose weight. Diet soda is recommended.
Buy a smaller size clothes to motivate yourself.
Cooperate with yoga pilates and other shaping exercises ~ partial weight loss ~ ~
Combined slimming cream
