Dance teacher is a rare outstanding talent, a dance coach, caring and responsible. I am very grateful to her for her selfless dedication for so many years, and she is not afraid of hard work and teaches everyone for free. She is charming and infectious, loves to dance, dances well and has a special set of teaching skills. She has strong expressive ability and understanding ability. Her interpretation and deduction of dance makes people feel that it is a wonderful melody flowing from the soul.
Her movement direction is very inspiring to me. Combined with my years of experience in practicing dance, meditation, Tai Ji Chuan, Baduanjin and yoga, I found that all movements are interlinked and all roads lead to the same goal. Only by going in and out freely can we fully present the beauty of dance and experience the fun of dance.
Receiving is more important than releasing, which is a technical point and detail that many people do not realize and pay attention to. When dancing, we often go out as required, but we ignore the control of the retreat (control refers to the control of control). The action of withdrawing is random, because of lack of control. Recovery action is the beginning of the next action, so uncontrolled recovery will directly affect the quality of the next action.
For example, in kicking training, we often pay attention to the action of kicking out, but ignore the control when we close our legs. It is a common problem that dancing can't go in and out freely. When you put it in, the control of strength, speed, direction and so on is not in place. This requires the comprehensive cooperation of muscles, bones, breathing, thoughts, spiritual strength and other factors.
Training action form, action elements, master-slave control, street contact and action balance coordination, strength (internal strength), conscious action. Every part of the exercise should be completely in place.
Training the "freedom" of body movements requires a lot of training, especially for those intellectuals who love thinking, learning and sports. It is necessary to strengthen conscious physical training, strength training, soft stretching and skill mastery. Physical control requires physical strength, brain power and brain command. It may be easy for them to understand the essentials of the action, but it is easier to know than to do it. Knowing that there is a long way to go, only by practicing hard every day can the accumulation of quantity make a qualitative leap.
Do what you understand, and when you do, you will find that you don't really understand. Understanding is not in the brain, not in the language, but in practice. After understanding, make time to practice more, that is the real understanding! Otherwise, relying on the height of theory alone, lack of practice can not be transformed into physical presentation! A smart brain and a strong body can develop in balance!
It's embarrassing to learn dance these years. Work and life are too busy. Those who spend three days fishing and two days drying nets often have no time to practice dancing.
I used to be too busy, my body was overdrawn, and I didn't have time to exercise. In the last two years, various sub-health conditions forced me to take care of my body and start exercising. I like dancing, yoga, Ba Duan Jin, Tai Ji Chuan, meditation and so on. I also learned a lot of sports principles and skills in my study. Unfortunately, I grew up thin, never exercised before, and my foundation was really poor. I found that I have a strong understanding ability, but my body is too weak, too little training and too little effort on my body. I need solid and profound training to really do this. One minute on stage is ten years off stage.
Everyone's strengths are different. Although I can't present them well physically at present, the basic skills, strength and skills of dancing are not good enough, it doesn't prevent me from having a good understanding and comprehension ability. Only by fully understanding their own advantages and disadvantages and targeted training can we make faster progress. A good meditation coach is not necessarily a good dancer. Because meditation is simple and easy to master, Ba Duan Jin and other movements are slow and easy to do. But the dance speed is fast, the elements are rich, the movements are complex and changeable, and the melody is changeable. It is a bigger challenge to integrate many movements into the changing melody to present them correctly, which requires more study and hard practice.

Sound and action are the direct and true presentation of a person's overall life state. From a person's voice and body movements, we can intuitively know a lot of information about this person, and we can't fake or deceive people. The control of sound is related to the control of body movements and emotions, as well as the principles of body, mind and life.
Bai: "It's better to let go of your body and mind and let nature take its course." Chao Shiyun said, "It is better to collect your body and mind and return to silence." Those who let go are crazy, and those who accept are silent. Only those who are good at physical and mental exercise have a handle in hand and can put it away freely.
Bai Juyi said, "Let your body and mind go and listen to nature quietly." Chao Bu Zhi said: "It is better to converge the body and mind and return calmly." Letting go often leads to arrogance, while excessive restraint leads to silence. Only those who are good at controlling their body and mind can control the switch in their own hands and get a balance freely.
Physical and mental exercise should be moderate, don't forget what the purpose of exercise is, don't let it go, don't care about everything, don't be cautious and isolated from the world. Only moderate exercise can achieve a free and easy state and enjoy the fun. To grow up, a person needs all-round practice. Grasp your body and mind freely, don't be persistent, experience the happiness of life and show the beauty of life!
