Cooking method of oysters: stewed tofu and cabbage with oyster meat

Ingredients: 200 grams of oyster meat, 200 grams of tofu, 200 grams of cabbage, vegetable oil, onion, ginger, refined salt, pepper noodles, monosodium glutamate.

1. Wash the oyster meat and put it on a plate.

2. Wash the tofu and cut into pieces.

3. Slice cabbage and shred onion and ginger.

4. Heat the vegetable oil in the pot, stir-fry the onion and ginger for a while, stir-fry the tofu slightly, add 800 ml of water, stew the cabbage and oyster until the cabbage is cooked, add pepper noodles, monosodium glutamate and salt and mix well.

Oyster cooking method: oyster tofu

Oyster lactone tofu, a box of Pixian bean paste, a spoonful of garlic paste, a spoonful of starch, and a proper amount of onion salt chicken essence.

(1) Put a little oil in the pan, stir-fry the garlic paste until fragrant, and then add a spoonful of bean paste to stir-fry until fragrant.

(2) Stir-fry the bean paste and put it into the cooked broth (thick soup treasure is also acceptable), and then cut the lactone tofu into pieces and put it into the soup. Soup must cover tofu.

(3) After the pot is boiled, change the stove to a low fire, then put the oysters into the stew for about 2 minutes, thicken them with starch, pour them into the pot, add salt and chicken essence to taste, and finally sprinkle some chopped green onion, and it's done!
