We all have unique advantages and disadvantages in yoga mats. No two are the same body. Assuming a mirror, it is impossible to reflect all the activities of 20 people in front of the mirror. Some people can go deeper, some people need to do some simple movements, and we are all at different stages of yoga practice. Yoga is not a competition.
2. Yoga is not your appearance, but your feeling?
The teacher doesn't care what kind of clothes you wear, or whether your hair is messy in class, nor do you. The teacher doesn't care if you can straighten your legs completely. As long as you don't do dangerous things, we all hope that you can do things that suit you.
That is: don't care about your appearance, but pay attention to your feelings
3. Do yoga well if you are not soft.
Softness and flexibility are by-products of yoga, not requirements for practicing yoga. You practice from your own starting point. Where today ends is where tomorrow begins. Therefore, stay optimistic and positive. When practicing, the flexibility of the body will be enhanced.
If you do something to make yourself bite the bullet, don't do it.
The body has its limitations, and they will tell you in the form of pain. Our yoga teacher would rather let you do a simple body deformation and then cause pain. We can't always know what's on your mind, only you know how you feel.
In other words: Yoga is to respect your body and treat it as your palace.
You can smile, smile or make eye contact with us.
As yoga teachers, we take yoga seriously, but that doesn't mean we are always serious. We like the happy smiles of the students in the classroom, and we like the smiles in the yoga room! Students sometimes seem reluctant to contact us, but it is also welcome. As teachers, we love sincere communication between people. This is a reward for the teacher.
